Our Process

1. First thing we do is clear the surface of all large debris and remove any loose concrete before any grinding starts.

2. After the floor is clear we start diamond grinding. With a combination of walk behind and hand grinders, we make sure every inch of your concrete is properly ground. All of our grinders are connected to vacuums, sucking up dust along the way virtually creating a dustless environment.

3. After the floor is grinded, we can recognize any cracks or spalls in the concrete that need repair. We vacuum the cracks/spalls needing repair (again) and the apply industrial strength 2-part epoxy crack filler. 4-8 hours later we come back and grind the crack filler smooth.

4. After the concrete has been grinded, the pours in the concrete have opened and the cracks are repaired, we start vacuuming again to make sure the concrete surface is clean and ready for epoxy.

5. Every floor is coated with industrial strength 2-part epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea or urethane, depending on the application. Using a squeegee to spread the product and a roller to level it, we always calculate the sq/ft and apply the proper amount to achieve the manufacturers recommended thickness.

Flake system:

1. Squeegee & roll tinted epoxy base coat

2. Broadcast 1/4" vinyl flakes (colour blend of your choice)

3. Squeegee & roll clear polyaspartic topcoat

Quartz system:

1. Squeegee & roll tinted epoxy/polyaspartic base coat

2. Broadcast quartz

3. Squeegee & roll tinted epoxy/polyaspartic 2nd coat

4. Broadcast quartz

5. Optional topcoat

Metallics:

1. Squeegee & roll tinted epoxy primer

2. Squeegee & roll various epoxy colours

3. Roll aliphatic urethane topcoat (clear)
